Cloning Environments and Adding Packages in ArcGIS Pro

A practical overview of how to clone environments and add python packages in ArcGIS Pro 2.2.4 as of March 2019. Note that there is one misstatement in the video: the difference between a package and a module is that a module is a subset of a package; a package can consist of more than one module. So, a package is the thing you install, but you might only import one of its modules.
