I quit my job more than four years ago and I have not flown since, as I reflect on why I lost my passion to flying, it looks like because their was a big gap for me between being technically strong in the airplane and at the same time being extremely naive when it comes to social intelligence “ppl skills”. As the years past and I was continue improving on the technical part I was the same as far as social intelligence, over time this imbalance lead to me losing my passion to flying and quitting my job. I hope I can prevent this from happening to anyone else, So I think it is time to pivot and start focusing on the phycology part for pilots, how to deal with your own thoughts and how to deal with toxic pilots and so on. So in this channel I will start uploading videos related to self development, the hope is for you to have a long enjoyable career without reaching that point of burning out because of not having the tools to deal with your emotions and thoughts when they get out of control.
