How's it going everyone, in this RPG Maker MV Tutorial I'll show you how to get a scrolling clouds or even a fog effect for your maps using the Layer Graphics plugin from Galv. This is a super cool effect and really adds a ton of atmosphere and ambiance to your projects. Using this plugin it's super easy to do too!
