Cloudflare Worker HTMLRewriter & Google Sites

Revisiting the "Markdown to HTML" tool which stopped working due to a Content-Security-Policy header change for Google Sites and a script nonce attribute. I work through this in my Cloudflare Worker by capturing the nonce but then ultimately I found that removing the Content-Security-Policy header was the way to go.
