CNC Minimum Quantity Lubrication - Part 2
CNC Minimum Quantity Lubrication - Part 2 This video is a re-upload due to errors in the audio track at the end of the video. Sorry to those of you that previously left comments. - Chris In today’s video I am going to continue the build of a minimum quantity lubrication system MQL for my CNC milling machine. I bought some new tools this year that includes a Axminster band saw and also an evolution mitre chop saw. I have really been looking forward to playing with the new machines and had lots of fun with them today. I am also a big fan designing using 3D CAD and today I will be designing the an enclosure using Fusion 360. I am using an Arduino and peristaltic pump to try and overcome some of the problems inherent with purely analog metering of the lubricant. I will also be giving the new Creality Falcon 2 laser cutter a spin and making my own PCB. I will be releasing all the plans for this project opensource free to build and modify. So check back soon to find a down load link for all the files, software and information. Project can be downloaded from my google share drive see link below.
