Have doubt is there any worth for any class Lv 9 Transcendent inscription except Berserker.
CloudStrider still think about it as the shield is good and the blooming dmg boost is add more DPS but not sure wanna sacrifice Swiftness or Destruction, Adaptive in the other hand damage wise is good but only for Primary skills meanwhile Transcendent lesser but increase both ALL level and skill damage by whole.
Meanwhile will just roll Ellie for hoarding Inscription Selection Box LoL
