Welcome to the Court of Azathoth. This meditation is designed to train your awareness to improve lucid dreaming. You'll be guided into a deep trance where your mind can freely wander. As dreamlike images begin to appear, simply observe them without effort or judgment. When you notice an image, gently ask yourself, "Am I dreaming?" Then allow your mind to drift to the next image. Throughout the session, I’ll occasionally prompt you with questions to help reinforce reality checks and keep your awareness sharp.
