COCA-COLA Cake❤

COCA-COLA CAKE 1 cup (2 sticks) Butter 3 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 cup Coca-Cola at room temperature Melt butter in a saucepan with cocoa and cola. Bring to a boil and let cool a bit. Meanwhile, mix in a bowl: 2 cups All Purpose Flour 2 cups Sugar 1 teaspoon Baking Soda Pour the Coca-Cola mixture over the dry ingredients and whisk together well. In a measuring cup pour the following: 1/2 cup Buttermilk 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Whisk together and pour into the cake mixture and stir well. Now add: 1-1/2 cups Mini-Marshmallows Stir together and pour into a buttered 9 inch x 13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean or crumby. FROSTING RECIPE: 1/2 CUP (1 STICK) Butter 2 tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa Powder 6 tablespoons Coca-Cola 1-pound Box (16-ounces) 4 cups Powdered Sugar Melt butter in a saucepan with cocoa and cola. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Slowly add Powdered Sugar and whisk together well. Pour over the warm cake. Let cake cool completely (if you possibly can) and enjoy!
