Get the traps before you get the cockroaches! I use lots of baited sticky glue traps to monitor for cockroaches in my apartment. I place them everywhere, especially under fridge, stove, and where plumbing comes in. I check the traps often, If even one cockroach or bed bug is found, exterminator is called. Catching an infestation early is the key before problem gets out of hand.
