Cod opening 2023 l 15 Cod l The Casting Call

Was very keen to get out and have a crack on opening wknd, managed to get away from the kids for a fish. River was looking great flows had been reduced and fish were fired up, with a few of the cod hitting the lure multiple times. Had to be flexible as I run into a young fella doing the same drift, i let him continue on his way, while I turned back for the ute, which was a forced decision as i couldn't find anyone to move my ute. Had a great day and it's great to be back into the cod.
