Code 3 Bluetooth radio

In this video I'm redoing my code 3 lightbar radio. Originally made 14 years ago with just an AM/FM radio. Over the years the radio has stopped working. So time to update it to a Bluetooth device. So I can hook it up to my phone. I also redid the inter working of the lights as well.
