Code 3 D-Tech Synchronized Rotators Back in the Lightbar

I finally moved the Synch D-Tech system back into the 420 Mini Lightbar. I previously tried slowing the rotation speed and that helped. This video explores what happens when two D-tech rotators are synchronized with a gear system similar to the original Aerodynic.
