Code Vein II - "The Underground Shelter"

A wild hunt for Lise's whereabout took much time to figure out; I've kept at heart how the trajectory would go if Lise were to return to The Sunken City from The Undead Forest, which would also infer that the path taken was through the Underground Tunnel. (In short, I gave in and looked for where she could be; we're led to a tower that's north of Josee's Outpost, but just southeast past train tracks where a mistle rests.) Outside this tower, was an injured woman, beckoning for some kind of aid and attention to Lise. Something happened here; I estimate some kind of assault unprecedented. She gives us a key to the underground shelter, where, at long last.......we find Lise. Albeit, too late. For some time, she's lain here, with no one to have aided her in her final moments. Yet, we do spot what we hoped to find: the device for help stave off their frenzies. Once more, we delve into the memories of her final moments, to learn that she made an attempt to intercept Josee before either The Metagen Hunt, or matters that regards Gobbo. It is then she returns to the shelter to continue the device's completion, but the mutation, borne from The Resurgence, caught up with her eventually. Her final plea, for one to save Josee.......
