In this video I explain an encoding algorithm for a Binary (15, 11) Hamming Code and a decoding algorithm for a Binary (7, 4) Hamming Code
I focused on these two things because of the initial practical application, and the simple examples that they are. I thought about this as a "how would I have started to teach myself Coding Theory before I took this class"
