NEW TO CODM start practicing with tour 2 thumbs and then once you doing better use your left or right hand and use your thumb to move around and your index finger as a trigger finger. It takes a bit of getting used to but soon it will come natural.
ALWAYS move about with yiur crosshairs facing straight ahead not to tje ground.
Also change your screen set up similar to me, big aim, fire buttons and screen joystick just a bit larger than default, dont make it big as it takes longer to turn around you want to be able to turn fast especially in games like search and destroy
