A quick and simple setup for coiling wire for jump rings for making chainmail. A minor correction: the rod I used to wind my coils is marketed as a cold rolled weldable steel rod.

x3 Nuts and bolts (size not important)
x6 large washers
x6 small washers
Wire for rings (project dependent)
Rod for winding coils (size dependent on desired size of rings)
Drill
Wood for rod guide
Rod and stands to hold wire
Aviation snips or mini boltcutters for cutting wire
