A presentation designed to engage all levels of invested employees within an organization on standards. How to effectively and actively bring all levels of an organization together and establish productive and sustainable standards.
The intent is to actively engage attendees at all levels of corporate investment, from the C-suite to the CAD detailer. With the right questions and productive examples, Attendees will be inspired to take a deep dive into their organization.
Objectives:
- To establish the existing base values of standards with participants and how they got to their current state.
- Discuss the short and long-term effects of poor standards implementation explicitly related to corporate brand and market profile.
- Discuss the negative impact of poor decisions on the corporate bottom line and the ripple effect throughout the entire company.
- Create comparison data values to apply to applicants’ situations
- Define critical areas of concern for participants’ focus
