Collecting wool samples for micron testing

Each year we micron test our maiden ewes. This give us information that helps us in selecting the ewes we will continue to breed from. In the past we have taken a side sample at crutching time but that leaves a hole in the side of the fleece about the size of a tea cup saucer. So this year we are trying a different idea which takes a much smaller sample.
