Combat Control Suitability Screening
No. 4 Squadron, headquartered at RAAF Base Williamtown, New South Wales, provides Air Force with the Combat Control capability. Combat Controllers (CCT) are specially selected, trained and equipped air-to-surface integration specialists supporting Special Operations and Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief (HADR) mission profiles. The role of CCT is to integrate, synchronise and control the elements of air and space power at the tactical level that enable the execution of precision strike and military advance force operations.
