In this video we look at four combinatorics problems.
The same thinking that underlies the solutions to these problems is applied in many aspects of probability theory, so the content of this video is extremely important for probability.
The four problems we look at are about picking random balls from a bag and how many different possible outcomes there are from doing this.
The four problems are:
1. Order matters with replacement.
2. Order matters without replacement.
3. Order doesn’t matter without replacement.
4. Order doesn’t matter with replacement (the most difficult).
