Command Style A - Sample Episode 6

This video shows an example of Command Style A. In this video, students from the WCU PETE program pretend to be students learning the sun salutation in Yoga. The K-12 Physical Education Emphasis in the Exercise and Sport Science (ESS) Program Western Colorado University (Gunnison, CO) (https://western.edu/program/physical-...) In the ESS K-12 Physical Education program, students learn and develop pedagogical best practices through research-based instruction and experiential learning, all while developing their expertise in exercise science. Through community partnerships, students have the opportunity to work with children and teachers in local schools as well as at the Gunnison Parks and Recreation Center. The Spectrum of Teaching Styles is embedded throughout the K-12 Physical Education curriculum at Western.
