Here I'm showing how I compile and manually run XLibre. It works exactly the same as Xorg. Dependencies I install to compile on Arch Linux: xorgproto xtrans pixman xorg-xkbcomp libxfont2 xorg-font-util libxcvt libdrm libepoxy.
Right-click 'Download' and select 'Save Link As' if the file opens in a new tab.
