The Complex (Endmill & Drill) Resharpner (Model – F4) is a multipurpose that can be used for resharpening of end mill and drill bit. The F4 comes with standard ER20 collets. The drill bit and end mill resharpening take place through 2 different processes. They are as mentioned below. For End Mill Resharpning: Step – 1: Select suitable collet Step -2: Set collet into holder Step – 3: Set web diameter as per end mill size Step- 4: Grinding point angle Step-5: Grinding primary relief angle Step-6: Grinding secondary relief angle End Mill is ready to use! For Drill Bit Resharpning: Step-1: Select suitable collet for Drill bit Step-2: Set collet into holder Step-3: Set web diameter according to drill size Step-4: Point angle grinding Step-5: Grind the lip relief angle Step-6: Web thinning Drill Bit is ready to use!
