Computer Networks: Chapter 5, Part 1: Routing Protocols

This video belongs to a computer network course of the SSP in Alexandria University, Egypt. This corresponds to the online learning materials for the course to substitute the lectures. Note that the slides itself is the book slides "Computer networking: A Top-down approach". In this video, we discuss the Routing Protocols in Networks. We begin with an abstract discussion of routing algorithms including link state protocols and distance vector algorithms. We give a brief introduction to OSPF protocol and its advanced features.
