COMSOL Material Properties Not Showing ( Solved )

In COMSOL 6.3 and 6.4, I’ve noticed that students sometimes run into issues when trying to solve their models—especially because material properties do not appear automatically when inserting a blank material. One day, a student came to my office completely exhausted after struggling with this problem for quite some time. We sat down together and carefully went through the model step by step.
