Configuring an MSTest Project For ASP.NETCore

As modern, cloud-native, software developers; we should be practicing Test-Driven Development. Fortunately, Contract-First simplifies this a great deal for us. In this segment, we will create a new MSTest project linked to our API project ad configure it to be able to run tests.
