Tips:
1. You may change the species names to suit your activity. Don't change the format in the template unless you know what you are doing.
2. You need to copy the entire "PHYLIP PARS" folder on your computer/laptop. We don't think these programs can be run online. We use MacBooks. If you use a PC, try it out before the class.
3. Some output files will be generated in the same folder during the analysis. It could be confusing if multiple analyses are performed. Rename the output files or move them out of the folder to avoid confusion.
