Using the files prepared in Contact Analysis Part 1, Try to optimize the TE for the gear pair. (Note: in the Modifications Tab, I noticed I didn't change the crowning for Gear 2, I accidentally left it as Gear 1, The program takes the larger of the two crowning values). In this particular exercise, crowning on gear 2 had little effect on the overall TE.
