Today's video is ALL legs that you would find a Control 1.5 class. Please use a washcloth or rag as a glider on wood or tiling flooring. Use a paper plate as a glider on carpet. A chair can be used for balance while performing these exercises. Remember to keep the knee bends shallow or use a small range of motion if necessary. Next week, we will have a video that in arms and abs focused. These videos are meant to be used individually or pieces of each video will get you a full body workout! In this video, there is standing leg circuit that we do twice and then a floor segment. You can join in for just one standing circuit and move to the ma or you can do 3 rounds of the standing legs. Lot of options depending on your time, strength for the day, and desire. I know you can do it! If you have any questions, please post them on our Facebook page and I will reply to them there.
