Basic rub for one rack:
1 Tbls. brown sugar
1 ½ Tbls. paprika
1 ½ Tbls. salt
1 ½ Tbls. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. mustard powder
Optional:
1 tsp. cumin
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. chipotle pepper
1 tsp. or more onion powder
Cook 2 hours at 325°
