Welcome back to Cooking With Mark! Today we’re making the ultimate takeout classic—crispy, golden Crab Rangoons stuffed with a rich, creamy filling that will absolutely knock your socks off. If you’ve ever wanted restaurant-style rangoons at home… this is it. 🧂 Ingredients 8 oz cream cheese (softened) 1/4 cup imitation crab (chopped) 1/4 cup green onions 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp seasoning enhancer (optional) 1 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 package wonton wrappers Water (for sealing) Oil (for frying) 👨‍🍳 Instructions In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, green onions, soy sauce, salt, seasoning enhancer, sugar, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth. Lay out wonton wrappers and lightly brush edges with water. Add about 1 tsp of filling to the center of each wrapper. Fold and seal (cross shape or triangle both work). Heat oil to 325°F. Fry in batches until golden brown.
