Cool Burning

Cool Burning is a song by Mulong that was recorded to educate children and the community about traditional fire practices. The song and characters are connected to a children's book called, "Looking After Country With Fire" by Victor Steffensen. Releasing soon by Hardie Grant publishing. Uncle Kuu played by Uncle Russell Butler takes the children out on Country to teach them about Aboriginal fire management. The best way to teach the knowledge to the young ones is by going out on Country and having fun. This music clip along with the book is a resource to help make a raod for future generations to have a healthier culture with fire. Thanks to Uncle Russell Butler for playing the role of Uncle Kuu in the Music video and a special thanks to all the children and parents involved to make this special piece for the world.
