The upward casting oxygen-free copper rod production technology is a core process in the copper processing industry. Its core principle is to achieve the formation of high-purity copper through a combination of continuous smelting, vacuum degassing, and directional crystallization. Compared with traditional continuous casting and rolling processes, this technology utilizes the directional solidification characteristics of a vertical pull-off device to avoid oxidation caused by contact between the molten copper and air. The oxygen content of the finished product can be controlled below 5ppm, significantly improving conductivity and ductility.
