CORNMEAL BIBINGKA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup rice flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp baking powder
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
1 can (400ml) coconut milk
1 can (418g) cream style corn
TOPPINGS
Melted butter
Sugar
Grated cheese
Salted eggs
Bake at preheated 350F for 20-25 mins
After adding the toppings
Bake again for 5-10 mins.
