Correlation Matrix tool for error diagnostics & weights in surface codes

We discuss an error-diagnostic tool that allows us to characterize expected errors (e.g., qubit T1, T2 errors) and unusual errors such as leakage and crosstalk in our surface code and repetition code experiments. We also discuss how this tool can be used to determine the weights of error edges (including hyper-edges) that are input parameters to decoders.
