And make sure to shake the bottle of fluid if you do change it yourself it order to still up the additives properly. 10/8/2025: GM has done yet another revision. basically if your car is a 2024 model year or newer, the first service (the free one) and first DCT filter change is to be done at 8500 miles, not 7500.
