some advice! do not build the plastic too high in the front I only went as far as my smile lines and as high as my lips lift and make sure the plastic is thin (it should fit like a retainer) and you keep it in a non warm place because it will melt. when you are forming the base make sure that you dont take it out too early or it will collapse. latex gloves do not actually work with the plastic they adhere to it

-exacto knife
-lighter
-food coloring ( whatever food safe color you would like the plastic to end up)
-krazy glue/super glue with cyanoacrylate
