Cottage Pie, Shepherd's Pie cousin
Shepherd's Pie is made with lamb. I used beef so this is a Cottage Pie. Whatever you call it, it is delicious. Full of beef, vegetables, and a thickened broth, with creamy whipped potatoes on top, you can't go wrong with this dish. All you need is maybe a side salad and bread. I hope you will give this a try and if you do, please let me know. Enjoy!
