Here's the approach: Identify Vowel Strings: A helper function isVowel checks if a character is a vowel (a, e, i, o, u). For each word, check if both the first and last characters are vowels. Prefix Sum Array: Create a cumulative sum array cumSum where each element at index i stores the count of vowel strings from the beginning up to index i.
