Hopefully this is not too counterboring (pauses for applause). Okay, come on , that was amazing. Well it is often important to make sure the thing that is holding your stuff together doesn't sit above the nice flat surfaces. Just imagine a chair that had a bunch of bolt heads or screws sticking up from the seat. Ouch.
