With its creation being proposed but then not followed through for various reasons (save a couple exceptions where they were temporarily independent). On this list are states such as the Polish-Czechoslovak confederation, the Hellenic Republic of Pontus in Anatolia, Greater/Wilsonian Armenia, the Free State of Antwerp (where Flanders now is), a United Bengal (partially today's Bangladesh), the Fertile Crescent Plan - which proposed the unification of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine and Jordan, Schleswig-Holstein, as well as three potential Central-American countries: Los Altos, Soconusco and Mosquitia / Miskito.
