The cutting of the fabric for this block is as follows:
Center - 3-1/2" square
Strip set 1 - cut 2 - 2" x 3-1/2" rectangles
Strip set 2 - cut 2 - 2" x 6-1/2" rectangles
Strip set 3 - cut 2 - 2" x 6-1/2" rectangles
Strip set 4 - cut 2 - 2" x 9-1/2" rectangles
Strip set 5 - cut 2 - 2" x 9-1/2" rectangles
Strip set 6 - cut 2 - 2" x 12-1/2" rectangles
