The machine can monitor different sensors such as measuring air pressure, gases, temperature, humidity, and particles, etc. The CPS 6041 operates in Dual room mode, For example, you can easily switch from a positive room to a negative room (like, change the isolation room to a cleanroom) CPS system is flexible and easy to use for the staff. The 6041 can monitor and show alarms for 4 different rooms at the same time. So they can be tracked while you have anterooms or side rooms. From one master panel, you can connect 10 slave panels. The slaves can be configured independently, making the system much more dynamic. The CPS 6041 idea is clear, it will appear green if all is OK and red when an alarm is occurring. That combined with the high accuracy sensors that PSIDAC produces will assure a safe working environment, low cost in contamination problems and the CPS system will give you positive profiling. Compared to conventional analog systems, the system uses smart sensors and digital Modbus connectivity, so installation costs are low and start-up is fast. Although the framework is built on advanced programming, rooms or slave panels can easily be integrated after installation. In order to record the calculated parameters for history and patterns, the CPS 6041 system communicates to the BMS (Building Management System) or SCADA system. Alarms can be sent to emails and SMS mobile phones by the BMS (or a dialer unit) to instantly respond to staff or service to reduce stops and costs.
