In this CPS WebTips we will be covering Migrating Winshuttle Foundation Scripts to Evolve Studio. Foundation - Download and prepare files: 1. Transaction Scripts • Select transaction script dropdown located at end of script name • Select Download a Copy 2. Data Templates • Select Data template dropdown located at end of Excel name • Select Download a Copy • Open excel file • Right click on TAB at bottom select Unhide • Select “WinshuttleStudio” sheet, right click on WinshuttleStudio TAB and select Delete • Save updated excel data file Studio – Open Winshuttle Studio 1. Account (Optional) • Select File TAB at top • Account - confirm Evolve site and App are correct – Switch if needed 2. Open Script • Select File TAB at top • Select Computer - Browse - Downloads - Select File - Open 3. Map Data Template • Select Map Tab at top • Under Data Set select “Open different data file” • Select Downloads - Select excel data file - Open • Pop Up Confirmation – Do you want to save your changes to Untitled? = “No” 4. Save Script • Select File TAB at top • Select Save on left menu • Select Version dropdown: Transaction v11.0 or above • Select Save Script File 5. Evolve • Select Evolve TAB • Select Submit in ribbon • Submit Wizard: o Script Information: Verify – Solution name, Description, Sheet - Next o Data Template: Verify - Template Path and Solution name - Next o Solution File Workflow: Verify – Review process, Destination, and Reviewer - Next o Supporting Documents: Add any documents - Next o Summary: Verify – Script info, Data Template, Solution File Workflow, Supporting Docs, & Destination - Submit o Information – The files have been successfully submitted. - OK 6. My Workflow Tasks • Select File TAB at top • My Workflow Tasks on left menu • Actions: Approve Evolve - Open Winshuttle Evolve 1. Solutions – Library • Select App from dropdown • Select Solutions on left menu • Select Library • Verify script 2.
