This makes a 1 pound loaf
Cranberry Oat Bread
3/4c plus 2TBLS water
1TBLS soft butter
1 TBLS dry milk
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
2 TBLS brown sugar
1/3c oats I used instant
1/2c dried cranberries
2c bread flour
1 1/2tsp bread machine yeast
Choose sweet or white basic bread cycle on bread machine
I choose white and choose the light crust
