Crazy Quilting: How to Slow Stitch a Patchwork Scroll, Full Tutorial
What happens when Slow Stitching meets Victorian Crazy Quilting? A Sampler Scroll with amazing colour and texture! In this step by step tutorial I add to my previous Crazy Quilt Scroll. I start by creating a fabric collage, add all kinds of trims, cording, lace and ribbons and couch them down, stitch a spider web and lots of colourful decorative stitches. I show how to join scroll pieces so you can create an ongoing sampler. Join me to create a scroll full of crazy color and texture. #slowstitching Join this channel to get access to behind the scenes videos and more perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMC-LbVOO08T_iKN0LcvrtA/join Thread & Needle Notes: -In this project I’m using TWO strands of the 6 stranded Embroidery Floss throughout. -I’m using an Embroidery Needles to create most stitches and a Milliner’s Needle to create French Knots.
