INGREDIENTS:
• 2 CUPS – FULL FAT MILK
• 2 CUPS – FRESH CREAM
• ½ TSP – SALT
• 4 TBSP – VINEGAR/LEMON JUICE
• ½ TSP – PEPPER
• 1 CLOVE – GARLIC MINCED
METHOD:
• Heat a pot, add milk, cream & salt. Stir continuously. Let it boil.
• Add 2 tbsp vinegar, let the mixture curdle.
• Add remaining 2 tbsp vinegar & mix.
• Switch off the flame. Drain mixture. Let it drain for 10 minutes. Reserve water for further use.
• In a blender, add cheese curd, pepper & garlic. Blend until smooth. Cover & let it set in the fridge.
P.S: ADD RESERVE WATER TO ADJUST CONSISTENCY IF REQUIRED
