Create a news app using NuxtJS, Vuetify & Axios

Build a sample news app using NuxtJS, Vuetify and Axios. This is a beginner level demonstration of how NuxtJS simplifies building of a modern web app using Javascript ecosystem with Vue JS, Vue-router and Veutify. The web app consumes a public API from newsapi.org, and displays news on a simple UI.
