Adobe Podcast makes it so easy to create a great sounding podcast with little skills needed in audio editing software. All you do is invite your guests, record the podcast, and then it gives you a written transcript and you can just edit that transcript Just like you're editing a Word document. That will then edit the audio to match. It's got a great audio filter which helps even the crappiest microphone sound like a professional recording studio.
