How to create a rainbow arc in Affinity Designer using nothing more than circles. In this Affinity Designer tutorial for beginners, we use concentric circles, combined, transformed and resized using the duplicate function and then coloured differently and finally masked using a rectangle. In this Affinity Designer for beginners tutorial, we achieve a nicely curved rainbow, made up of circles. We show how the duplicate function works (CTRL + J), how to resize and constrain proportions (CTRL + SHIFT) and how to mask objects or shapes inside other shapes.
